The technical crew showed up on time and worked quickly to finish filling our cracks in the entire driveway. They gave us a choice of colors. They cleaned up and our driveway looks great.

We had APS lift a realign the slab around our pool. Every staff member was courteous and professional. APS maintained excellent lines of communication and they did what they said they would do when they scheduled to do it. The techs were great and left the work clean. A++

APS was very responsive, helpful, and did an amazing job. They communicated with me very well and kept me updated and ensured I understood the process and where they were through the process. The quality of the work was exceptional. I highly recommend them.

I had three teams at my home, one installing gutters, another repairing the garage door lift and a third team worked on filling the voids underneath my driveway along with leveling and filling the cracks in the drive. I am impressed with the foam that was used for leveling the drive. Each person was respectful and professional. The quality of work was topnotch and I would gladly recommend APS Foundation for your projects.

If they come back out fix the few they broke it will be a good job.and I have send messages and emails no o e has got back with me. let add i called the number post by APS and to this day no one has come out to look at are fix the damage with no reply to the return messages.

I got a few estimates before deciding on APS. Jason (Design Specialist) is very knowledgeable. He has a lot of foundation experience, and a lot of people experience and it shows. There was no pressure about starting the project. That was a unique feature in comparison to the other companies I received quotes from, and the reason I went with APS. Ramiro (Job Foreman), and his crew Jose and Arturo came here and knocked it out in 3 days in the middle of August. Crawl Space clean out, encapsulation, perimeter drains, floor supports, the works. They don't mess around. They cleaned up after themselves too. Despite the misery of the August heat, they were very polite and professional. Everyone involved was. I highly recommend APS for crawl space repair.

William Robertson was our first interface with APS and Wow what a great first impression of the company. William provided a very detailed overview of the condition of our crawl space. By the way, it was not a gloom and doom overview. William provided a detailed summary of his recommendations of what we needed. Even when we would ask about more expensive options, he would give us an overview of how that would benefit our need or state that it was not necessary for the condition of our crawl space at the time. William continued to stay in contact with us throughout the installation of encapsulation and followed up upon completion. The installation crew and William were very professional throughout the process. Job well done and would recommend APS to my friends. As a side note, the installation was much cheaper than competitors.

Keenan came out to our house and inspected a water leak we have. This isn’t exactly the type of repair AFS does, but he put us in contact with a company that does leak detection. We have an appointment with them tomorrow already! Super polite, very professional and knowledgeable! It’s nice to find a company like this in Mobile!

Great customer service... William was extremely patient about all my concerns with the project... I admit I can be trying, even difficult... I'm detail oriented and want to know everything and with explanation... William defininatly went the extra mile...
